Which is cool from a “make sure everyone hears it” but sad from “I was expecting a full ~50 minute interview”.

Tldw:
- Fun new hero.
- Ults are the devs favorite abilities in her kit.
- In development a long time, timeline not given.
- They tried to implement her basic AA but it felt awkward since you can miss in ow but not in their implementation of it so it was dropped. They don’t feel restricted by OW kits and don’t mind it not being 1:1 but still wanted her abilities to be inspired from the way she plays
- Mei was always thought of as a tank since the beginning. She’ll fit right in just fine.
- Devs think that her kit gives her a lot of combo abilities and she plays similar to anubarak in many ways. It makes her kit feel more skill based and nuanced. Her ults are also very fun and cool, yet in a way that can be played around too.
- Devs were inspired by their work malganis to make sure she would not be a bruiser and would work as a main tank. Wanted more of her power as CC rather than 1v1s.
- Concern about Arthas similarities but again feels more like anubarak. Anubarak goes in and creates moments to win fights. Arthas stats on top of targets to whittle them down. Difference is that Mei abilities can be used at a distance more than anub. She combos well with aoe burst. Not considering an Arthas 2.0.
- Tank (and maybe bruiser) wide changes incoming soon™. Should shake up the role as has been discussed on reddit. Happens to come as discussions were being had here too.
- Skins are always fun to make but nothing to bring up right now. No firelord Mei skin incoming.
11-12. Lots of complexity for new Mei skins and challenges change from hero to hero.
Talking about new nexus anomalies, expect meta to shift a bit on each map. Main goal is to shake things up and make things fun for a season.
Malganis rework(talent changes mostly). Taking a bit out of base kit to make his talents more impactful.
Nexomania coming back. Choosing between malganis vs Lili for quests. New announcer.
5 years since game launch (June 2nd).
I feel a little awkward when they said HotS is alive near the end.

You have to be trust level 3. Which is REALLY hard to get, you have to be on these forums virtually everyday and responding virtually everyday to get it 
(I think the stipulations are something like liking 200 posts in a certain amount of time, visiting these forums at least every other day for a year, and a posting/responding to posts a high % in the last year)
not really. I’ve had it multiple times.
But for various reasons i tend to end up not using forums for sometimes months at a time.
Anyhow, the big issue with it was:

Malganis buffs are insane and may make him an S tier if used correctly. That BaaB change in itself is a massive deal.

Whatever they do, please just doesn’t nerf my ETC.
I will be surprised at how they’d accomplish this without opening up the subclasses within tanks
