My thoughts exactly. This is the 2.0 bundle reintroduced.
Though I don’t mind (besides the smurf aspect) as I’ve actually advocated for this for years 
It will get new players into the game much faster, instead of them grinding heroes for weeks/months.
One reason why people don’t switch to other MOBA’s is the time investment required. This will drastically cut down on the time investment needed to unlock much of HotS.
At this point we’re glad people are smurfing and not just quitting tbh 
I think old one was like 1000 gems instead of 100 gems.
Nah it was 100 and you actually got that 100 gems for free. No idea if it gave free 100 gems this time.
As for smurfs, you need lvl50 now, no? So just having heroes won’t help the smurfs. Smurfs are totally fine just playing free rotation anyway.
Having a bigger hero list that isn’t based on the rotation pool is an improvement though.
I was wondering why I could only see one of the bundles. Guess this is the reason.
I wonder if the Assassins Mega Bundle is the most sold of the four? I’m not the betting type but I think it’s a safe one.
Since most people are dps mains then I will guess that too.
When I did the survery that was made for these 4 bundles I got Assassins as a choice.
Also for some reason half of them were shown at the time and I believe it was random for each user.
I picked the assassins one back in 2017 as well. Can’t quite remember why but it was probably the one with more not onwed yet heroes.

What about those 1000 gems though? I remember getting them for free at level 5 and spending on something. Was it stimpacks (the old ones)?
No idea, maybe it always gives that at lvl5. Been a while since I made a new smurf.
The free gems for the bundle were given on the event day, no matter what level you were at the time.
No, I think it only gave 1000 gems for a while when hots 2.0 was released.
Well I did make 2 smurfs that day, but I really can’t remember if I got anything different or not. I think I started at lvl1200 on this one when 2.0 rolled out.

Like, I’m not questioning if the 1000 gems was a thing, it was. I just can’t remember where I spent that, but maybe it was on stimpacks.
Well the fact is that those smurfs can’t take any of the ‘new’ bundles as they already have them from before. And my main can’t take one either as it still has all heroes. I took the bundle on a newer smurf though.
I picked the healer/specialist one. Am I a good person?

Oh, I got mine back when the 2.0 bundle was offered. I have had all the heroes for a while now.
However, I do play sometimes on EU, and it was nice to pick up the bundle there.
