Guardian of Tirisfal is my fav 20, and seems to be an absurdly useful talent. That said, I only play Medivh at a casual level.
So… what are your opinions?
- Medivh brings more to the table in teamfights than in defing
- Without enemy Heroes, it’s on a 7(?)sec cd so not the best for defing either
- Lvl 20 is late to join in the minion-killing game
- Medivh Cheats! is super great and busted
All that said, I often take it in QM.

Its never a talent I want to take but very occasionally you just have to take it because QM is like that sometimes. So I guess its got a niche but still eh, if I could take the talent earlier I’d be happier with it.
It’s a emergency talent, normally medivh cheats or even the mana one has more play making potential, I think I only see it ever picked when things just need it for waveclear.
