There is no speed increase from Medivh’s level 1 talent.

No one picks that talent for the speed increase, i dont think anyone picks it but me actually. I pick it because Portal mastery is so much better that its ridiculous not to pick it so i do, even if it did give a movement increase it would do nothing.
LOL NOT picking the talent is NOT a Solution to this. Dont know how you were able to put that on this post.
There isn’t a boost to speed when selecting the talent. Just because you dont pick it doesnt mean I wont. I prio map mobility over portal placement.
There used to be significant movement speed increase that was very noticeable. I was way faster than my team mates on their mounts and could get to the map visibility points faster to scout ahead and reveal enemy players at the start of the match.
Now, im just as fast as the mounted players and there is no speed increase.

But that isn’t a bug. The winds of celerity talent got a massive nerf 7 years (!) ago.
In patch 2016-06-29 to be precise.
The current baseline raven bonus is 115%. Which means if you don’t pick WoC on level 1 you are slower than mounted players but faster than walking players & can pass terrain.
If you pick WoC, you are at 130% movement speed which is the same as mounted players.
(It was also moved from level 13 to level 1)

raven form states you have 20% increase which means 120% not 115% like u stated THIS makes u 10% slower than normal mounted heroes since mount grants 30% putting them at 130% increased movement speed… ALSO the Winds or Celerity talent “states” it increases this abilities speed by an additional “50%” which would put at 170% movement speed. this talent should do what it states or it should be re-written to state what speed it actually does… right now the talent seems to increase speed by 10% making u same speed as everyone which is kinda lame 'specially since it says 50… !!anyway the typo should get fixed to give and say 30% making you 20% faster than other on mounts but not insanely fast, this would put u on raven form at 150% which is perfect in my opinion…
dono why u needed to add the extra 100% to the movement speeds but if it helps u lol there u go
p.s. even the regeneration talent doesnt seem to work as intended… this hero needs a look at
Hi, that’s true. That was patched from 115% to 120% in patch 18.6. The Winds of Celerity talent description says it increases the bonus by 50% rather than his movement speed by 50%.
The full bonus being 20% - fifty percent of that is 10%. So by picking that talent, he can move at 130% (like other players).
I do agree it’s a pretty mediocre speed boost, but on the other hand he can fly over terrain invulnerable which makes up for it.
