If we are silver don’t match us against gold. Why is that so hard to program. I rather wait 1 hr than get this BS.
Say you are silver 1. You rather play with silver 5 players or gold 5 players?
Yeah, imagine sitting there for 5hours to only play 5 games, seems fun.

Seriously though (at least for QM) i wish it would just pair us by experience (weighing both total games played and level of hero chosen) instead of MMR (or make MMR the 3rd tier of importance). If you have played thousands of games you most likely know at least a little of what you are doing. I know people will say “experience means nothing iv seen a lvl 1000 player suck blah blah” but seriously i think the biggest problem is the game pairing you with noobs more than pairing you with low MMR. Matching by EXP couldn’t be much worse than the MMR system tbh…
Example: The games that are really bad are the ones where i get someone who has only played 2 games with Diablo and get 17 deaths because they have no clue how to play him or the game.

I think deleting ranks and MMR matching would be fine too. Also, I was talking about rank not QM.

Well they could make a option. Click on it if you willing to wait for a good match and leave it unchecked if you willing to be on team with afks and trolls and noobs like yourself.
Let’s say we have 100 players all “forced” into current QM.
We split QM Q into two (one waits for balance, other remains the same) and allow the players to choose.
Let’s say it’s 50-50.
So now the MM for “original QM” can use half as many players to make its games based on it’s (few but existing) rules. Making even those to wait longer who didn’t want to.
QM needs a fix first. Take games won with said hero (Selected hero) and match it with players of similar skill. I would like to take tracer out for a spin and not get slaughtered because my ranking is high but win rate with her is low. (And i use to have a nicer win rate until they nerfed her into the dirt and made me quit for a while. even after nerfing her into the dirt they continued to nerf her. She is not even viable anymore. But still my favorite hero to play (Though with a higher win rate, butcher is quickly claiming that title.)
I’d like MM to only match me with teammates with the same skin color as me (xmog skin color like thrall green elemental skins with other green based skins lol)
