Once for all, pls make blocked people to queue in the opposite team. There are reasons for blocking them.

I would love an avoid system (Akin to Marvel Rivals) but it ain’t happening I’m affraid
How does it work and for how long ?
Up to 3 people to avoid as a teammate for 3 days. I do know if you try to select a 4th it comes up with a prompt to remove your 1st person on the list.
I don’t think you can manually avoid (Unless I’m not aware, though I haven’t really looked for it). Meaning after 3 day, you’d have to play with them again to be able to avoid as a teammate.
This wouldn’t help with those deliberate trolls you get here in HOTS until they’ve already cost you a game but is not a bad system and limitations seem to be ok. ESPECIALLY when you have 40k players 
Edit: AFIAK This is also only for ranked, though again I haven’t really looked for it in quick play.
