That does look a lot like map hacking, although be aware that calling him out in the forums is itself bannable.

well as zera player I can say that half of them seems like a regular zera gameplay, but some are really sus

I do agree that the gameplay looks suspicious. Too little visual evidence to randomly make such skill shots into the fog of war. Especially if they virtually never missed them, something that the video clips do not prove though.

That said the person is clearly quite skilled with Zeratul. Executing highly skilled combos repeatedly.
