Map Specific Lobbies?

So i was wondering if there has ever been talk of having lobbies for specific maps? I have favorite maps that i would queue in all the time. Could this be a thing and why wouldn’t they not want it to be if so?

there is option of custom games, ,tht satisfies the issue to an extend

map specific lobbies would make queue times insane, which already is a problem

For which game mode? I cant remember the last time i waited more than a minute to get in a game of unranked/qm. I guess for ranked its a bit longer but other than that i dont know of queue time issues.

also, honestly, i hav no issues queue solo in ranked or qm or anywhere,

But still, if the queue bcame map specific, we r talking about splitting the player base into 8 or 10 difference queues,

assuming it takes 1min to get a game at current scenario

we r talking about increasing tht time to 10 minutes , and for maps tht r not liked by the majority, it would b 20 30 mins may b,

so this doesnt seem like a good suggestion,

N u can create custom games n pick the map u want, n play there :slight_smile:
