Attack range increased from 2 to 2.25

Abilities
Celestial Charge (Q)
Now also gives 25 armor and 15% movement speed for 2 seconds.
After the Q stun now you instantly auto attack the closest hero stunned by Imperius if the target is in your range. (for bad players)
Solarion’s Fire (W)
Mana cost reduced from 60 to 50.
Wrath of the Angiris (R2)
Now also deals dmg on impact to nearby enemies.
Damage Reduced from 375 to 350.

Talents

Burn the Impure
Mark damage bonus reduced from 2.5 to 1.75% (broken)
Level 4
Unshakable Faith
Now also heals when disabling effect isnt removed.
Heal reduced from 260 to 250.

Samuro

Abilities
Bladestorm (R1)
Now also gives 15 armor during the Bladestorm.

Malthael

Abilities
Tormented Souls (R1)
Now also gives 15 armor during the Tormented Souls.

Ethereal Existence
Maximum stacks increased from 3 to 4 (up to 40 physical armor)
(armor changes-> doesnt stack with TS, lowest winrate)
Level 16
Mortality
Wraith Strike damage bonus increased from 6 to 6.5%.

Not gonna do the Abathur changes because he was reworked
but i can predict lvl 7 carapage talent will be too good - because untalented carapage now also heals and persist - solution: Area of carapage talent decreased by 15%.

changes were made by hots log statistics, simple math, my grandmaster experience (but i also through about lower leagues thats why i buffed tass->im good winrate with him)

Dehaka:

Level 4 talent
Lurker strain
Now provides invisible for 2 seconds, stealth for 5.
During the duration of invisible, can pass through units.

Level 7 talent
Constriction
Lowers cooldown of Drag by 2 seconds.

Level 16 talent
Tunneling claws
Allows user to pass through terrain

(I never understood why it never did this)

Mount Brushstalker
Reduce cooldown by 15 seconds
(Because quite frankly this wasn’t OP)

Viking longboat

Additional hp, dmg increase, extra abilities maybe or able to use abilities like shields or hero % dmg one, reduced cast time from its q, reduced CD

Any of these would be nice

Quick Match - added a checkbox to allow players to wait longer in queue but have a “classic comp” on both team (1 Tank, 1 Healer, 1 Ranged DPS, 2 more DPS).

Also the new Role System and new Ranked Ladder finally implemented.

Side note: please a decent Tassadar’s rework, for the sake of DrLogan.

My main is Fenix but I actually think he is perfectly balanced so Ill do my next most played because it’s D.Va and boy does she need some tuning

E - Call Mech now instant cast baseline
E- Self Destruct now charges 1.5% for every 2 seconds spent basic attacking and 35% for every 100% of Mech health lost.
Mech now gives 0.25 kills per death
Pilot now gives 0.75 kills per death

Level 1 Talent:
Crash Course
Now lowers the cooldown by 1 second for every 5 heroes hit up to a maximum of 5 seconds

Level 4:
Get Through This
New functionality - Defense Matrix now heals D.Va for 75% of the damage prevented

Level 20
MEKAFall - Instant cast removed. Now does 250 damage baseline to compensate with a 10% larger area

Basically the goal here is to make her more durable, give her some self sustain, and make the mech dying less of a problem. Removing it entirely would be a bad idea but making the bulk of the value come from killing the pilot form would let her take advantage of the mech more. Maybe going overboard here but she’s so weak at the moment that I wanna give her a big boost

That’s legit pretty broken on paper.

Crash Course will still be hot trash simply because it’s functionality cannot compete with talents like Hit the Nitrous or Rush Down as they bring more to the table than this one does, especially when it comes to engaging and escaping.

Also MEKAfall is pretty pointless to pick and you would probably go better with triple big shot heroic upgrade since you have instant cast for call mech.

Level 4 talent is pretty busted when stacked with Abative armor which when put to consideration before the healing procs, she reduces 87.5% of the damage (75% from defense matrix and 50% armor from the reduced damage from defense matrix) and then gets healed for the damage she reduced.

Samuro:
Reducre bladestorm CD.

Cassia & Imperius:
Faster casting rate of Valkyrie/Angiris Wrath
While for example Mephisto don’t need improved casting rate for “Durance of Hate” because his cd reduction compensates it.

Maiev:
Buff Disc ult
Drain % HP of a hero closed in it and give it to Maiev for a time disc was active on the opponent.

Valeera:
Make Smoke Bomb to reduce vision of enemies in it.

Gul’dan
Make Gul’dan untouchable during channeling Rain of destruction (except structures), it wont change much though, useless ult is useless.

Chen:
Put everything on the barrel way into the barrel… j/k :laughing:

Dehaka
Give Dehaka 3 tongues (not 3 charges, literally 3 in each direction) when his essence is complete… j/k :laughing:

If they can make it work for anub then they can make it work for dehaka.

but anub can just go straight
dehaka can change direction so u can basicly walk in the wall

Then they can make it act like a warp pipe and have him dash over, whatever, it should work like that.

yeah but making so many triggers for 1talent when the game has bad balance … idk

Spectre in DotA uses this mechanic but in DotA if you get stuck there are plenty of recovery ways. Also when the time of ability ends you are automatically moved from impassable terrain.
