Hi, I was searching for a ranked game. Midway through my rank fell from silver 1 to silver 2 for no reason, I was still in a queue for matchmaking. I don’t know what caused it because I didn’t quit or cancel the search. Can you please check my account.
Did you have free disk space on the disk which HotS is installed on?
I also lost 600 points a few months back because I had no free space, it found a game but instantly disconnected me because it couldn’t write some data.
