Lili bug allows her to double heal with Q

While playing ranked, I noticed that using Q (healing tea ability) sometimes would double heal Zeratul.

I reproduced this bug 2-3 more times in the same game, and it seems that it has to do with his invisibility and getting very close to him.

I have a screenshot of the game (in replay) If that is needed.
