Li-Ming is just genji but on mana blockers.

  1. W build against :
    a. A single target healer.
    b. An enemy team is not very fat: no shilds, no spell armours, etc.
    c. There is no divers.

  2. Q build agaisnt:
    a. A fat team.
    b. Area healers.
    c. Pve dmg against targets as knights for example.

  3. E build against:
    a. Divers.
    b. Thin targets.
    c. Nova.
