Literally happening in every single game I play. About 5 minutes into the game at least one person leaves and never comes back. I’ve never seen anything like this before. I go into games expecting people to leave mid-game because it’s much rarer for all 4 of my teammates to actually remain in the game. What’s even the point of playing when people just leave

Have you recently left games and are currently yourself in leaver’s queue?

You must be worlds most unlucky player if it happens everygame and only when you play and never happens for enemy team.

There will always be outliers. I had 8 straight matches yesterday in low gold US where there was at minimum one AFKer + troll or diver on my team.
And tbf I was incredibly tilted by it.
See this is what I don’t get. I don’t get the same games the usual grievers who come here do. Leavers in every game? Try maybe once every 10 games at most, is my own personal experience. So maybe they’re in a very low populated server in which case, I recommend a server change to US or EU.

Yeah, it happens just as often to enemies, but since the leaver message is hidden for enemies (so you can’t figure out which one is a bot to farm for free kills) you just don’t know it.
But people want to believe their 18 vs 14 stomp victory was completely due to skill

AI is easily identifiable.
I’m talking the afker core that clicks once every 5 minutes to ensure you are playing 4 v 5 the entire match.
Apples and Oranges. Two sides to every coin. Some one has to get the tails and you can continually flip tails… it happens and sucks to be on the receiving end.
That’s bannable though. Leaving may be accidental but that thing you described is a deliberate attempt at “Nonparticipation” which is a report category in the menu.
I do see people doing it sometimes though it requires them to at least hit a minion once in a while to avoid kicking out (I believe it was 2 mins 45 sec)

Only thing I hate abot qm is the bruiser vs non-bruiser teams. You already know who gonna win on the loading screen when you see those kind of teams and then look at your own that consit of you as main tank and 2 mages and Aba
So yea qm is bad at making team most of the time.

Its NA server and I mostly play ARAM. I’d imagine I’m pretty high MMR ARAM since I’ve played it exclusively over 2000+ games with over 50% win rate. Had 5 games in a row where my team had a leaver 5 minutes into the game, and we were always winning as well until the person left. On the 6th game we finally won, only to find out that the enemy team had a leaver who didn’t reconnect. At that point I stopped playing… It seems like it’s a game of which team gets the leaver

can happen 10+ games in a row sometimes, let the rng work itself out. I’ve always said the hots matchmaking results reminds me of my professional career which is trading the foreign exchange market, it’s based on probabilities and rather than focusing on the outcome of the match, focus on making the absolute best decision during every process in the game.
My understanding is that ARAM has no MMR, and is the easiest way to clear leaver status, besides. So, no wonder.
God, what a **** mode. I suppose it is a “necessary evil” as the expression goes.
Newsflash: there is no MMR matchmaking in ARAM, it’s 100% first come-first serve. Why do you think the queues are so fast, even though the mode is not very popular? Xd
Almost nobody plays ARAM seriously and the only ppl who play it to win are the ones who need to clear leaver’s queue.
P.S. Ppl who play ARAM seriously play custom games.
ARAM is not really ARAM when you draft your team from the start. It should just give both teams a random hero like it did before.

I agree with you and I too have had the occasional string of games where I had an AFK or troll player. The thing is it was partly my fault and maybe in part yours too.
You said you had eight games in a row with these kind of players and it was tilting. It really would be tilting and when that’s happened to me, I realized I really should have stopped playing after the first few times it happened and not kept playing and more likely losing more games due to random factors and my personal tilt.

I have a limited supply of time and it has value. If people disrespect that by playing badly, I will leave them and feel no remorse.

Oh definitely once the tilt sets in it can get worse. I keep reentering que looking for that 1 win where I have a team to work with.
I usually am just instantly muting everyone at this point too.
