Got a 1 game penalty for a DC because of the intrawebz, and 10 games later to eliminate it, I still have it. Please help

Same problem for me. Its been almost a week and I can’t play with anyone or do draft. I have tried all kinds of combos on match types, log-in/out and choosing different roles/heroes.
Leaver Matches now require winning games.

this is a garbage requirement.
too many people in leaver Q are trash that throw games.
