If I dodge a game while i still receiving points from a previous dodge, does the ammount stack or is it 500points max?
You only get 300 of the 600 back.
You only get credit from one leaver the 2nd leaver is forfeit. So if you dodge a second time while you are paying for the first, you forfeit the second refund of 300. So don’t screw up.

This is my motto just playing Ranked. 
It was changed to 500 points around one year ago.
It also refunds the full 500, when you play 10 matches without disconnecting (forgiving the last disconnect, not each consecutive one).
Leaving a Ranked Draft Lobby or Ranked Match results in a 500 Skill Point penalty. You will slowly redeem the points lost due to a penalty if you complete several matches without leaving.
Customer Support cannot restore points lost for leaving a Ranked match.
It then shows the regained points in the final score tab as ‘penalty redemption’, which is very generous towards leavers.
Back in the day you just lost a flat 600 with no chance of ever recovering them.

Should have stayed like this to discourage people to leave the game.
