There is no keybind for such a functionality.
Once you board the Medivac, you are locked to where the dropship is traveling to.

they are asking about departing from the location you are in.
Not about changing the target location.

Yeah, you can’t edit the hotkey that Medivac uses to depart. For me, the default button is “E”, most likely due to the depart ability appearing in the “E” slot in your hotbar.
