To Clarify, the extra 50% damage to minions and mercs is applying at all levels without taking the “Queen of Blades” talent. I have also tested and confirmed this.

its just a feature, not a bug, its quite ironig how a feature makes a hero better than a dev intentional change.
There is nothing about it that is a feature, she is accidentally benefiting from a level 1 talent which hasn’t been picked by the player. Bugs like this have been very common in HotS.

You didnt understood the joke, but thats ok, also its a lvl 7 talent which value is being used since lvl 1. They could let it this way and nake the lvl 7 increasing it again by 25%, in the end its just work on minions.
If you do pick it, does she get double the bonus?
No it doesnt, but i think they could let it like like this and actually change that talent, it will never be picked for some dmg on minions.
Do we know if this will be fixed any time soon ?.
