This is the second time a player has locked me out of HOTS in the new Heroic Brawler. They hover on the top of the map, and never dye. If you leave and come back, you get back into the same game, where you are dead. Please fix. the name of the second player that did it was Tassadar.

It just happens to me too. I’m stuck over half an hour now cause i cant escape from the rejoining screen
I saw your post in reddit. In fact, Medivh’s Portal can do the same, make him (and his team) be in a safe place. And Brightwing’s Phase Shift (Z), can teleport her to Junkrat’s place. Experienced team use this as tips to win Hero PVE safely and quickly. If one player use this to delay others’ new game, I think you all can report him, making him out of game(disconnect), so you can end the game.

I just ran into the same issue - a player named “Tassadar” used Junkrat in Heroes Brawl and is somehow stuck outside of the map. I don’t know how long he’s planning to stay there, but all other players are stuck in the game.
I have a screenshot, but I don’t know how to attach it here and I cannot even attach a hyperlink…
