It is true there is ban evasion prevention?

It seems like none of my account is safe from being banned, suspended or silenced.

Recently i just got a newest record of having account suspended after 3 days of playing.

Gathering experience i had from 3 perma-banned account i did the following

  • didn’t flame in any games played

  • didn’t type more than 5 sentences each game during draft and in-game, redditors were stupid to think i must have typed toxic stuff out of these" 5 sentences ", nope i didnt, read the statement above.

  • didn’t respond to trolls or bad plays

  • winning (not Whining!) most of the games - moving up in rank from bronze 5 to silver 3 before suspension kicks in.

At this point i don’t even know what is truth anymore. It must comes down to technical aspect where Blizzard is overseeing all my existing accounts and are ready to take account actions on them at any time as they could identify them belonging to the same person ?

i can also detect the report bias from the notification blizzard send if the players you report get punished, but i received none of these even i flagged so many afkers. However, when someone in the chat wrote clearly that they wanted to report me, even saying they will spam report me, i get suspended so swiftly and there is nothing i can do against it, even you were just playing normally or badly whatever you call it.

Ban evasion is against the EULA/TOS and they can in fact ban your alternative accounts for it.

It would make sense that they would ban new accounts made as well.

HOWEVER, this is somewhat conflicting because sometimes support will just tell you to make a new account if you want to play again.

thats weird, I got one successful penalty appeal on my new account, maybe they were not really into finding out who are the owners of the newly created account so i was lucky. But i never got the suggestion to create a new account by the support.

How would you describe your 5 sentences? You say you don’t flame, but do you remain neutral? Could you show examples? And try to highlight the worst.
Also… do you use pings? How often? How much? That’s also part of the chat.

Of course not. That would be breach of privacy stuff in order for Blizz to find out who plays on which accounts.

That doesn’t mean you won’t get reported for your actions in-game. I wouldn’t doubt there were false reports either, but,

Judging by some players (including me) haven’t got banned or even suspended once, there should be some actions you always do.

This is both right and wrong. It’s not against the EULA for simply having an alt account, which is not ‘ban evasion’. Ban evasion is more to do with forum stuff, like one account got banned saying something, log in with alt account to say the same thing. Blizz can suspend/ban the alt account as well.

Ban evasion counts for accounts you play on as well, not just posting on the forums.

3 days is too short for me to get toxic…almost very little ping, i am a binge player, so i had like 100 game durng 3 days, but i risked it by playing some meele assasins which attracts hates the most…

I’m a bit skeptical since you got perma banned not only once but three time. I’ve never been even suspended once for toxicity even after like 8000 games. I see a lot of players who don’t chat but spam ping teamates all game. Do they expect nothing happen?

I’m even very toxic with toxic people since like 1 year and still not suspended or banned.

I was suspended once for a few days because I was playing with a bad connection and was disconnected often. It was well deserved and I just fixed my connec.
