Silver 4 should not count as an extreme MMR range (like GM and low Bronze do) but I guess out of peak times you really could be one of less than 10 people queuing in your matchmaking rating.
Sad, but that’s the player population now.
Whenever I get 1000+s queues in SL despite constant canceling and requeuing, I just give up and go Brawl. At least I get to play the game.
