I received Cute Lunar Portrait from 2018 and it's un-selectable

I received a portrait from 2018, and it’s not selectable.
Can I have it, or can I have it removed?
It’s bugging me because …

  1. I can’t use it.
  2. It tells me I have an un-checked portrait in my inventory which can’t be removed.

I can provide a picture if needed.

Try right-clicking on the Collection or Portrait words and Marking items as seen.

Cute Lunar Guardian portrait issue has been reported and is known: “New” portrait gained from Caldeum loot chest was already owned and new item notification does not go away.

Post screenshot links by surrounding it with Preformatted text </> tag.

I was able to remove the “1” lingering in my collection, but it’s still a portrait that’s not selectable.
I click on it, and nothing happens.
Still seems like a bug to me, because I shouldn’t be getting 2018 portraits in 2019.
