To be fair the medic death cry combined with the animation is a little disturbing.
Then again, enemy medics were one of the most annoying units in the game so I’m conflicted.

Some of the oldest designs of “heels” were used for warfare. However, that was more particular to raised heels as the heel could be used to grip stirrups and increase the stability of the rider while they were using a weapon.
Raised heels were also useful for not stepping in filth.
The better choice of word here is stiletto heels as thems be the heels that are problematic, unfunctional, difficult to move in, cause leg pains and make feet look really silly. Otherwise there are a variety of designs of “heels” with some of functionality 
That said, she probably should have had a form of cloven hoof
That way she could still have a dainty foot, with spikes, but still have functional mobility and excellent traction. So slightly enlarge the balls of her feet, bring the toes to a point, and then give her 2 spikes on her heal instead of one. \o/

There was also a nude kerrigan map, made of nucelar silos. Then it repeadtly made the famous moaning sounds lol
