Extremely. What you think of as ‘Stitches’s Body’ is just a small extension, similar to an angler fish lure. The real body is underground and infinitely greater. It isn’t rendered in-game because the sight of it would shred your sanity, but it is always there. Always waiting. Always hungering. At the end of days it will be there, ready to gobble up the last remnants of a dying universe.
