How to get MVP though it’s valueless

Here’s the formula:

*** add kills**

* add assists x [LostVikings=0.75, Abathur=0.8, other=1]

  • add (timeSpentDead / gameLength) x 100 x [Murky=-1, Gall=-1, Cho=-0.85, other=-0.5]

  • add 1 if player has top hero damage of his team

  • add 1 if player has top hero damage of the match

  • add 1 if player has top siege damage of his team

  • add 1 if player has top siege damage of the match

  • add 1 if player has top healing of the match

  • add 1 if player has top XP contribution of his team

  • add 1 if player has top XP contribution of the match

  • add 0.5 if player is Warrior and has top damage received of his team

*** add 1 if player is Warrior and has top damage received of the match**

And if multiple players share the same score:

*** If multiple players share highest score, pick the one with higher XP contribution (or random, if equal XP contribution).**

this doesn’t tell you how to get MVP.

this is not a very detailed or in depth guide. More of a quick semi-jokey guide.

That would be something more like this:
step 1: pick a warrior
step 2: make sure you have a party member play someone like morales to allow you and only you to tank as much damage as possible WITHOUT dying.

step 3a: do max hero damage of the game.
3b: if it seems impossible to do the most, just make sure that you do the most on your team.

step 4a: make sure to do the most siege damage in the match.
4b: if it seems impossible to do so, again, just aim to do so for your team.

step 5a: make sure to get the most exp of anyone in the match
5b: if it seems impossible, just get the top from your team.

step 6: If an ally is getting more siege, hero or exp than you, make sure they die. Let the enemy kill them. They’re going to STEAL your MVP points!

step 7: get MVP

step 8: ???

Step 9: Don’t profit because MVP doesn’t give you profit.

Azmodan is disproportionately easy to get MVP with due to how this hero works. He can be around for every takedown, he can pad his way to max stats on his team easily and he can easily stay at 0 deaths while doing so.

it doesn’t matter what hero you’re playing or what role is it. want easy MVP? just go braindead pushing you get most exp most siege damage while your team is dying 4 vs 5 and pinging you but you turn your brain offline so you never respond to them. keep on pushing and you win or lose you get MVP gg wp gl next!
