Kinda gotta answer this in reverse order.
Each cluster of buildings is called a Town. Each Town consists of 1 Gate, 2 Towers, 1 Healing Fountain, and 1 Fort or Keep.
The Towns closest to the Core have a Keep in the center. The ones furthest from the Core have Forts. Keeps are bigger and stronger than Forts (since they’re the final layer of defense in front of the Core), but are otherwise identical.
You cannot control enemy Forts or Keeps.
Ragnaros’ trait is Molten Core, which can only be cast on enemy Forts/Keeps if they are already destroyed.

You could also play the slug called Abathur, but be careful he isn’t as easy to play, if you want to be good. The slug can jump on friendly forts/core (not enemy) and give them shield or heal them at 7.
