How long until MMR decay triggers?

So I read the other topic about Personal Rank Adjustment and I’m raising the question, what is the policy in this game for the MMR decay?
When it is triggered?
I ask this because I stopped playing for a month due to personal obligations, and started playing again only to see my PRA change from +2 to -35…

Does that have to do with me being inactive for a month?

Edit: After a few games and good win % now it’s -17

I would like to know how works exactly. This has started happening to me. Now I have been playing QM on and off just not ranked. This is all I can find:

Here we go:

iirc, Grace Period days are earned if you play that many days in a row.

So playing ranked 10 days in a row gets you 10 days grace at the end of it.

While playing a game every other day doesn’t i believe change the Grace period, unless you’re bouncing between 0 and 1 grace period days.

Please note I did mention “that this is all I can find”…
I search their website but it keep bring me back to the article I posted from April 2018 or googled it and got reddit/forums posts that didn’t explain this…

This article also doesn’t mention if it happens in lower ranks.

Nothing, it is only applied at the noted ranks.

I haven’t been able to find anything either but I am in silver (Former gold). Haven’t played ranked in over a month and come back and I have a negative personal rank adjustment. Prior to that I had positive rank adjustment.
I checked in the QM I have won 60% and UR 100%.

QM and URD each have their own MMRs.

Maybe they did silently expand it, gotta make sure to post next AMA… this is odd.
