Q build is really nice when the enemy team has a lot of squishies and so you can burst them down.
double grasp explosion > Q reset gives you a lot of chase
For the general build her 1 and 16 talents are pretty flexible

Yeah she’s not the best QM hero. I was tired last night so I didn’t elaborate much.
The baseline movement speed buff everyone got a while back really hampered her ability to land her combo as well as generally be able to stick to targets.
Is should’ve explained her 1 talents for the general build too.
Fury of the Swarm is nice for getting a bit of aoe and supplementing shield gain during teamfights but sometimes you really want Assimilation Mastery because Kerrigan suffers a lot in the early game and laning can be a real struggle sometimes.
Her dps isn’t amazing and the only time you can pull off anything good with her is while ulting and if you’re not landing her grasp>spike combo then she can really feel like a wasted pick.
Ultralisk stun is pretty nice when following up your combo and Maelstrom can make her stupid tanky when you catch several people in it and have Unbridled Energy at 16 and Volatile Power at 13.
I’ve had several fights where I’m capable of fighting 1v3 and winning, so she’s not the worst hero in the game but really dependent on getting those talents.
[T3232231,Kerrigan] The sustained teamfighting build, for when you have the opportunity to stand around and auto things all day
Maelstrom is a powerful teamfighting ult and when you have +Spell Power it provides you a lot of survivability and aoe damage.
I don’t usually pick these talents for her 4 and 7 but Kinetic Fulmination does some good burst damage and with Maelstrom it’s very easy to reach 10 stacks quickly Bladed Momentum is good here because of how often you plan on autoing things.
At 20 you can choose between Omegastorm or Assimilation Blades. Omegastorm is amazing when the enemy team has a lot of sustain and fights tend to drag out. Assimilation Blades is best for when you really just want to get people dead as fast as possible.
Of course Psionic Shift is always there to pick if you’re having trouble getting caught out or need an additional gap closer for whatever reason.
