Unstoppable has generally weird interactions with displacements; i am extremely sure i once pushed a Butcher mid-charge with Auriels E, and BW´s Emerald Wind should also be unpassable even when unstoppable.
Need to watch all those replays this evenig when i have some time.
The people I queued up with were half drunk and they all decided to rush core even though someone has to deal with the wave, I decided to hearth and defend I lost the replay and could not find it ever again sadly.
The core rush at the ednd is nice, having lost all keeps i did´nt expect your team to win.
That Kael probably got into killo-vision and could not stop himself. Also your team´s Leoric was played by Imperius, playing against the hero Imperius. Impception.
The main problem with Leaping Strike is the pretty much the same as with Taz´Dingo: it makes you a bit trigger happy and agressive. It is also a self-dislocate that will pretty much always send you behind enemy lines, which makes it even more dangerous.
Those stuns hit where it hurts. Definitely interesting to see gameplay with the CDR talent as i am dogmatic about trait build.
I heavily sympathize with that enemy Orphea though, whenever i have highest team stats with her (especially in exp) i just know it´s gonna be one of those games.
i would love to say its not happened to me too. however, that would be a lie. its totally happened where a team i was on got over confident at what we thought was going to be a win, or we were steam rolling all game and got to big headed about things. then we got careless. all the sudden team wipe end game with long timers and it turns things around into a defeat. its the worst thing that can happen.
If I am the only warrior on the team, and especially if I have a strong healer behind me, like Malfurion, I always take Thermal Protection. They had a double warrior front line and their Artanis was good with his swaps, so I knew I would be going in a lot with Jet Propulsion both as an initiator as well as my peel.
The armor gives me some breathing room at the start of the fight, and CDR means I can use it to engage, but still have it back up soon enough for a peel. Before 16, I was mostly using E to peel or to counter their engagements. After 16, it was face-slamming time!
The easiest place to see that was on the fight over the first tribute. They had four or five people down there, and we were kind of all over the map at that point. I was using Blaze’s strength as a ranged hero to keep poking them, and prevent them from capping while we re-grouped. The Malf was probably afraid I was going to dive in suicidally in a 1v5, which is why he kept pinging me. I didn’t really do anything other than poke and posture until most of us were there, and saved my E until Malf got swapped deep into their team by their Artanis.
And I agree, I really felt for that poor Orphea, especially since their JoJo didn’t seem too interested in peeling our Valeera off of her.
The beginning of the vid it was a 3v2, the fight escalated to a 4v3 to a 5v2 after rehgars death. There was not much you could of done in that scenario other than avoid being split. Was artanis dead during this time?
You guys could’ve of had a chance if you all defended, or burn the objective as much as possible and bite the bullet of the immortal. Butcher could’ve also came back to help defend, but wandered deeper into the enemy. Overall it’s a pretty bad position to be, low health, outnumbered, and dying immortal.
Edit: I take that back your team still got the immortal. It was still was a victorious cap of the boss.
2am and analyzing victory vids while sleepy. I’m getting old.
Nice job overall.
I´ve actually seen that quite a few times in QM. It seems some people can only concentrate on exactly one thing at a time, and that was objective at the end. Thrall is at least trying, but that´s not enough of course.
Kills > everything. WHo needs to actually progress towards the core? The minions will slowly chip that away at some point 20 hours in the game anyways.
I do think you uploaded the wrong replay, that is a vs-Ai game that does not even include a Sylvanas.
It’s really quite rare for me on the other hand, it’s quite an interesting sight to witness, I never seen a lot of players at once tunnel vision hard and are that desperate for team fights they aren’t even winning in the first and don’t go for mercs or macro play, maybe even trying to soak.
That is indeed a pretty weird situation there, i can only image that the killfeed is senselessly using a separate system to determine kills and goes by last damage at location, which might have well been a Siege Giant hitting the gate.
The kill and the exp seem to have been accurately been credit to the enemy team.
