Hots causing consistent cpu + gpu dips every few seconds

I had this problem a year ago. I tried everything, in the end I got rid of it. Had to download and install a Windows update manually.

Stutter lag after last patch... 16/7

I’ve been having the same issue. For me it’s because the cpu core heroes ends up running on is getting maxed out to 100% (and I have a Ryzen 7 2700x). The same issue occurs in StarCraft II so I assume it’s an engine issue. I tried opening a support ticket for sc2 with my dxdiag etc but the ticket wouldn’t take.
