While the most well-known voice actors are the ones for the English language versions of HotS, I do want to point out that some of the other languages have some pretty amazing voice work as well. Gishki shared this link for the Spanish version of the Raven Lord announcer some time ago.

In the german language version, Lunara and Sombra share the same voice actress (Lara Trautmann).
Kerrigan is voiced by the same actress as Jeri Ryan in her role as Seven of Nine in Star Trek (Anke Reitzenstein) which makes her voice line: “we are the Zerg, resistance is futile” even more awesome.
The Raven lord shares the same voice actor as male Commander Shepard (Erik Schäffler). He speaks with the same sassy voice as renegade Shepard.
