hai guys…need help here…yesterday i can run starcraft 2 and HotS as usual and normally…but now (Jan 29, 2019) my graphic hardware blocked the app…and the starcraft 2 “not responding”…please anyone help me. thank u…please
I have same issue. Game is trying to load something into ram exactly on 7 minute, and if you have lack of it (i have 4gb), your pc will die, cause it will try to load data on harddrive. At least it is happening for me. I’ll try to collect and send required files to email.
Is there any chance, that devs will fix that thing? I like this game, and I hope I can play it.
I removed versions folder and disabled windows defender, it didnt help

Thank you for the files. It is showing that all 4 Microsoft Defender processes are still up and running. All of the services are still enabled, also. Can you disable everything temporarily to see if it helps resolve the issue?
