The tiger portrait (as well as the mount) is part of the Heroes of the Storm Starterpack which can be bought for around 5-10 USD/EUR. It’s also possible to buy it alone for a few bucks. It has been around at ebay since 2015. Much more rare is the Tespa Portrait (with Chen) which I also own.
