It seem like long time ago I see new heroe for game and I wonder when next heroe come

At lest theyre are more heroe from overwatch for pick in heroes of the storm

It means this is the final version of the game. This is it.

They don’t work on Heroes [the playable units], Heroes [of the Storm the game] or Heroes [of the Storm 2, a hypothetical sequal/reboot].

As we all know, the chances of this happening are extremely slim. Additionally, every Blizzard game has been mentioned in some way, and Phil Spencer would love to bring back the oldest Blizzard games as well.
However, Hots was not mentioned and it just goes to show that our beloved game cannot escape its ultimate demise.
The only thing we can hope for once the acquisition is complete. That Phil Spencer will loosen Activision’s hold on Blizzard or break through it for good. This could mean some support for Heroes of the Storm. But how much good is still in the new Blizzard?

I’m afraid as a multiplayer game this decision is difficult.
Single player games are easy, as long as there are a few people interested, willing to throw a bit of money at you as thanks for keeping it runnable, it will happen. I can still play Total Annihilation from 1998. It required a few changes, but it runs again.
Multiplayer requires a healthy playerbase.
HotS has a fewer player mode and I’m sure there is room to develop proper AI for it, it would be great right now to have 1-3 AI per team to fill a proper composition. But right now the AI is funny, I would argue the game is flat out unplayable solo (except with like 5-10 heroes that can 1v9).
That said I wish the game would have a future, updated or rebooted.
But it could also be a relief, we would have time to do other stuff. 
We’re in this dying phase of a relationship where you know it’s gonna end, but you are trying to enjoy it, then again you see why it’s dying in the first place, but oh, finding a new game is oh so difficult, let’s just play another match and hope it’s going to be fine.
Unless Microsoft buys Blizzard and does something about it , i am afraid there won’t be more heroes added.
Looks like there’s no more new heroes being released in HOTS but you bet they’ll be releasing new heroes in Diablo 4’s expansion pack down the road.
