Has anyone figured out a way to remove the player nametag/healthbar as well? I have taken some really nice screenshots that are ruined by the playerās name tag and healthbar. Iām looking for something like this:
I have looked completely everywhere, I tried key combinations and search HotS reddit for the last 4 - 5 years of threads related to Replays.
I found none, you should give alternative replay UIs a try as those are free to download around the web and may have something you are looking for.

You so helpfull SamiYes, agreed. But I am still not sure what you mean by replay UI:s. According to this page HOTS-replays are simply re-simulations of the games (using the key inputs from the players). Meaning : They are not video files that can be played with any other software?
I unfortunaetly never really got into this stuff at all, however this looks promising I suppose.
Last changelog was during Qhiraās release.
Thereās an installation page on the side bar.
According to the Hotkey section found in that replay interface
Note: I do not know what will happen exactly, but I hope its what you are looking for. I never used replay interfaces for the past 2 years and this interface looks quite familiar to the one my friend used it once, probably seen it too on KhaldorTV I think.

Thereās no game capture anymore. Does anyone use MacBook? I tried to use this on Mac but it is so complicated!
What about Display Capture? 
I tried. Till now still canāt get right resolution, sounds and always laggingā¦
How the heck did I miss this?!
Are you using ā¦I forget the mode is called but, it invovles having two screens open at the same time. The preview and live screen. I think itās called studio mode. I have no idea if the bug is still present or optimized to be able to use this mode without lagging.
At the time, there was no solution to this problem. 1 year ago.

I have a question, why while I 'm in game my recording shortcut doesnāt work??
Is there some setting in OBS or Hots that must be changed?
Do you use Window Mode in Hots when you record replays??
I tried many different keys like F9- F4 and the lateral mouse buttons, but any seem to work while I am in game, I need to Alt+tab, start the recording and then back to game every timeā¦! 
and in every clip you must cut the beginnin and the end in postā¦
How can I fix this? thank you
I am definitely sure HotS doesnāt eat key inputs when it comes to OBS, F9 can be changed to any hotkey you desire even if its NOT part of the F list.
As far as I know, nothing really.
Fullscreen for pretty much everything I play, HotS or not.
The only thing that comes into my mind is maybe try running the OBS as administrator?
Right click on the shortcut, click properties and do the following:

15-Inch 2016 MacPro, Radeon Pro 455 2GB graphics.
The problem seems like even I have my Hots game setting at 1650x1050, the OBS canvas goes 3300x2100 when I resize output to source size and I canāt find a way to scale down.
