Pretty sure each player hates at least one hero and wishes bad nerfs for them (Yes it can be any hero. Even the ones that don’t deserve hate). So give a hero you hate a cruel nerf that makes them obsolete.
I’ll start:
Genji: Swift Strike no longer refreshes upon takedowns.
(Note: Do not write “X hero: deleted from the game” as you want them to suffer nerfs. Not being deleted)
two for the price of one: Kael’thas and Valeera swap genders. Nerf complete MWHAHAHAHAHA

Cho’gall now loses 25% of max health every second while in combat, all damage taken is increased by 100%, all healing received is reduced by 50%, taking damage has a chance to reduce Cho’gall’s movement speed by 90%, dealing damage has a chance to summon an Eye of Corruption that attacks Cho’gall while he remains within its area of effect of 10 range, the damage increases with every consecutive attack, taking damage has a chance to summon a Thing From Beyond that chases Cho’gall, dealing 65% of his max health upon making contact with him, taking damage from a Thing From Beyond will instantly apply a 90% snare and summon an Eye of Corruption.
Gall is now affected by stuns and silences.
Illidan’s hunt now only works on deer and rabbits.
Li Ming - takedowns reduce CD of her abilities by 50%
Hammer - siege range reduced by 50%
Abathur - AA speed at 4 is removed, movespeed at 16 is reduced from 60% to 30%, MULE is nerfed
Cassia - No longer gets protected during Fend, No longer has Block Trait.
Qhira - No longer self heals.
Orphea - No longer Self heals.
Imperius - Takes as much damage as Thrall does.
(He got beat by Diablo in the lore afterall

Garrosh: can be oneshot by a Thrall on EITHER team at any time, just like in lore.
Nazeebo: Ice Block (level 13) and Vile Infection (level 20) both removed.
Malfurion: takes 10,000% damage from Illidan at all times, as it should be.
Rexxar: maximum leash range of Misha reduced by 69%.
