The talent is:

When Deflect ends, Genji gains a Shield equals to 100% of the damage blocked for 4 seconds.
The talent states that upon finishing the deflection, I should receive a shield equivalent to 100% of the damage deflected. In a battle where I deflected a SIGNIFICANT amount of damage, I didn’t receive ANY shield and died instantly when the deflection ended. It’s true that I was low on health when the deflection started, but according to the talent’s description, I should have had a shield at the end. Neither did I see any shield on my health bar, nor did the death log show any indication of shields.
The talent is bugged.
