Gems/buying stuff with shards are disabled?

Sorry if there was a thread about this already or if this is a known thing, but I just came back to the game couple weeks ago and just now noticed buying stuff in the shop/gems is disabled.

Anyone know why?

Probably a bug, or due to maintenence to avoid purchase/craft related bugs.

That bug randomly appears when your computer can’t access the IP associated with the store or your firewall blocks it.

For some reason, the store is not really inside the client, it’s a web address that opens when you click on the shop dialog…

Howdy!

This error is often related to a connection issue. For troubleshooting we recommend the following actions be taken:

1. Power Cycle the home network’s modem and router to refresh the connection to the Internet Service Provider(ISP) and to all the devices on the network following the steps Here.

→ Once the network is back online flush your DNS cache using the commands Here.

2. Make sure any anti-virus or firewall software on the system is fully setup to exclude the Blizzard app and Heroes of the Storm.

We have seen this issue resolved by waiting, give it a few minutes see if everything loads.
