The login screen now expects me to solve a captcha before logging in, but all that appears is a white box without anything in it. Is this a feature, did i get hacked, or is something else wrong?

Never seen this since battlenet auto logs me into games. Either way, the app itself has never done this to me either. By any chance do you have the mobile authenticator? If not, that might be the reason.
I have the same issue, happened after i missed one symbol in e-mail. Second time it asks to fill captcha, but there is none. If i press can’t log in, it leads to a page which has no related buttons.
