It’s been a while since I myself have done it, but somewhere in the bug reports section here, there should be a post about where to find your replays and how to send them directly to blizzard. Other than that, not much else you can do.
Edit: Found it. Also, should include short info on what the issue is, and a link to this topic.
Attachments, diagnostics, system files and supplemental information can be emailed to us at Heroesbugattachments@blizzard.com. Prior to sending us an attachment, please review our “Attachment Guidelines” . Please feel free to report issues to us by that email as well, should you feel uncomfortable with posting in a forum environment.

A link to your original thread.
The requested attachment (nothing else, please).
NOTE: When attaching a replay, please also include the in-game time at which the bug occurred.
A brief description of the issue.The region in which you were playing.The time/date of the occurrence.

Windows: Screenshots can be found in your “Documents\Heroes of the Storm” folder. An example path might look like this:

Replays
