Game Crashes - I just Installed

I just re-installed the game after a many month hiatus. Game keeps crashing and closing before I even get to main menu.

I have done a scan and repair, I have uninstalled and re-installed AGAIN and still I get this error.

I’m playing on a Windows 10 64-bit fully updated system.
GTX GeFore 1070
idk what else to put?

Help?

edit: Over a day later and no response. HELLO? Game still doesn’t work and I’ve reinstalled 2 times, verified/scanned game files and everything. And no response here. Am I just never gonna get to play again or what?
