Thanks for the information, Druid! If you could include the DxDiag as requested above it’s greatly appreciated!
For the drivers, it can help to check the Radeon Software and disable Enhance Sync, Anti-lag, and the Radeon Chill settings. There have been some other reports where disabling other gaming features seems to have helped. As for the driver rollback, if you were looking for specific drivers to rollback to 19.11.2 is and has been reported to be stable if 19.12.1 is still causing the timeout/loss input issues.
I haven’t seen this so far on the DxDiag files here, but I wanted to call this out if it may be relevant to some folks. There’s been some issues with Ryzen processors that we’ve seen reported causing other games to crash like WoW and BSOD crashes after the AGESA 1.0.0.3ab or 1.0.0.3abb BIOS update. Reverting back to one of these AGESA updates has helped a few folks with Ryzen 3600 and 3700X processors. Here’s the thread where this has been reported so far.
Please take BIOS updates with caution and refer to the motherboard manufacturer or local technician if assistance is needed. Blizzard technical support cannot assist with or are liable for issues with BIOS updates.
I hope this information may help some out, please do let us know if any of this helps and please do include system files so that we can compare hardware and drivers that may be consistent! Thank you for your continued reports and findings
