Freezes that appeared after update

After i play like 1 game in hots, my PC in matches starts to freeze, showing red icon in the left part of screen. This wasn’t a thing before the update.
Changing settings doesn’t do anything.

I have found some data.

  1. It might be due to a bad internet connection.
  2. Your GPU might not get enough cooling (like mine which is dusty).
