if im not wrong, a overwatch owners can get tracer for free. i has the overwatch but cost of the tracer in HotS still 10k gold. what i do wrong?
I believe that only applied to people who had originally pre-ordered OverWatch.

I think you need the Origins Edition for her. At least I got her, after I upgraded my Overwatch copy on bnet.

As ppl said, you need a bit more than just “having OW”.
Do I wouldn’t oppose if ppl would get 1 Hero of the universe / owning the game.
So having any kind of OW would mean you have Tracer or soneone you chosen.
If you’d have Diablo you would have him or chosen Diablo Hero and so on with SC.
