I’ve received four commons in a rare chest instead of at least one rare.
The chest I got was a rare chest, containing four common items.
I think the chest that I was awarded was a common chest, but had the wrong flag as a rare chest.
Please look into this.
(And consider not making four commons a possible reward again, it is vexing to get 15 shards and an emoticon pack.)
Could you maybe mention what the chest you earned was from, like what profile level you reached and or what hero level you reach? Maybe mention what items you received in that chest as well? I’m just wondering if you weren’t mistaken somewhere.
