Fountains no longer respawn on Towers of Doom once a Fort is taken

Title.

Before the patch, fountains respawned on ToD once a Fort or Keep was captured by either team.
Now they don’t, at least in case of the building being captured by enemy team. No mention in the patch notes about this.
