Hello. I want to propose an innovation to the Heroes of the storm game, which is intended to simplify the game when u losing the LAST forts or poorly focused on building destruction. By losing at least one fort, players experience serious inconveniences such as:
-one or more players must constantly be distracted by the launched line (s), there by not participating in team fights or battles for objectives
- the power of catapults and mobs grows over time and turns out that two or three catapults can reach the nexus and easily destroy it
As a result, the probability that a team that has lost the last forts or more will win is close to zero.
I propose to introduce the rebuilding of the last forts within three to five minutes (due to the problems stated above). Also, the increase in the health of the nexus over time ( now at 25 levels it crumbles like a card house). The presence of armor on the FIRST towers, gates, forts and fountains during the first 5-7 minutes (for example, 10 armor or a shield like a fountain).
On my opinion, building destruction is a paramount and overly effective tactic. My suggestions are intended to slightly reduce the potential of the specialists (they are now killers) in both the early and late game. Thank you

Devs don’t like heroes rebuilding forts and towers, otherwise they wouldn’t have removed Mule from every single hero in the game except Abathur.
A lot of heroes had it, even Tyrande and Morales among many others. Now only Aba can rebuild structures.
My suggestions are intended to slightly reduce the potential of the specialists
Specialists were removed long ago… There’s no such class anymore.
As for killing structures being OP - isn’t the entire point of the game killing enemy structures so you can take down their core?

There would be little point to the core scaling, since for about half the game you can’t even reach it.
Also, I don’t think it’s a good idea to have a team play well enough to destroy a keep, only to have it come back. And teams should not be rewarded for playing poorly. A lot of players just don’t defend their structures and let them die to minion waves.
Lastly, it would increase game times.
So a hard no for me.

The last thing we need is longer games, and that really seems to be the only purpose of this suggestion.
I could “possibly” get behind the addition of another hero who can repair a structure that is damaged but not destroyed (similar to Abathur’s “Mule” Talent), but to flat out let a destroyed building get rebuilt? No… Just no.
Also increasing the health of the Core is a bad idea. The Catapults increase in power for a reason: The game is supposed to end, especially after one team reaches level 20.

rebuilding forts and keeps is a no no, but i will absolutely endorse bringing MULE back to more heroes. MULE is cool
I added that Fort would have a revive time. I wanted to be the fort revive post to have comeback mechanics better that it is right now. Now it sucks if u losing forts, u cant go out from your base anyway because u need to defend even if aced an enemy team
I am not talking about players that doesnt know game mechanics. i am talking about the comeback mechanics in game.
Yes it would increase it but not much. its a late game champs resurects around 65 seconds. The objectives becomes stronger and for example dragon can shrekt nexus on his own. And forts are made of paper
he called heroes “champs”
U dont undeerstand what i mean. I want the comeback mechanics to be improved espesially it would make a good effect on the fast games(game mode)
Its flat rebuilding takes time as i said. For 3-5 mins the game can be endeed easily after one objective. Anothe thing talants that repair build like abathur’s “Mule” are bad. they might be good on the first forts but not on the last.
Why u thinking like that? It got shrekt for 8-10 seconds especially when objectivse inbound.
Yes the game is suppose to end fast but not when one team rekts another. My point is when u losing forts it Really really really hard to comeback and u basically just stack on base escpecially in fast games
Players who know game mechanics, and know what they’re doing wouldn’t let that happen. Which means that in this case, the reason they’re losing is simply the enemy team being better than theirs. So additional comeback mechanics are not needed since they are supposed to lose that game.
We can’t know that. Pushing a structure is a risk. There’s no way to know when the team would have another chance of doing it again.
Plus it is part of game strategy. When you’ve eliminated all structures on a lane. At the next objective, you drag the fight and make it last as long as you can, so that the enemy either are forced to leave, or take core damage and risk losing to winions. But if structures can come back, we lose a strategic option, the winning team loses an advantage they had gained, even though they made no mistake, and the losing team gets to be on even footing without actually doing anything to earn it.
rebuilding is unique, no other moba has that feature, so i’d like the idea
Nothing can revive destroyed forts. I think the original idea was more like an inhibitor in LoL. Tbh I wouldn’t want regening forts but maybe add an inhibitor behind the keeps to each lane could work
OP said rebuild instead of revive though.
But it is true that no hero can remake a destroyed fort.
Well, they do respawn on ToD but that is because of the map mechanism.
Battle Tanks had a hero that could equip towers with items and rebuild lost towers (sometimes stronger ones, in fact).
He had no teamfight though. Had the qualities of Abathur.
Through items he would have damage, so creeping did happen. Essentially the items were the equivalent of spells. So you’d build Li-Ming towers and somesuch. Regeneration itself was an item.
Basically he would earn gold, buy items, carry to towers, his items would earn more gold.
Not sure it would fit here but it was a lot of fun.
Also, lost all matches with him
Note that no other Moba has a mechanic that can randomly remove 15% health from your core.
This game is already pretty generous on comebacks.
