This is technically not a bug but it has no category on the forums. A missing feature that has been addressed several times is that many players use FORCE MOVE instead of Smart Commands yet still suffer from the fact that it does not go through the minimap.
Also, it seems to cancel certain abilities (Hanzo’s Q charge is the one I’ve tested).
Isn’t there an option to disable it?
Options => Gameplay => User interface => Smart Commands Through Minimap
No Idea what unchecking it does though.
iirc, there’s an option to enable click/right-click through the mini-map and then force-move could be mapped to mouse click. That might enable forced move togo through the map, but I haven’t tries that combination myself
