Fixes needed to avoid failure

First and foremost diversity. I see the same players every couple games. I see advertisements for LoL on TV constantly. No one I know outside of LoL players have ever heard of HoTS and the many LoL players make fun of the game because it’s dead. Please advertise.

2nd No control. You can carry in LoL and other genre’s like first person shooters or any other game I’ve ever played honestly. This game stresses people out because you can’t carry lesser teammates unless your going against very new players. I had a roommate (pro player) that introduced me to the game said laugh because he was constantly screaming but a year later I found myself doing the same thing. This also falls into the diversity category. I understand their are few GM players. But I’m Plat 2 and see the same people every couple games.

3rd. Enable carry. The game is too balanced. I go top dmg with Arthas routinely. This makes no sense in any realm. Why is everyone so bassline in stats. Their should be rules that can actually make a difference rather then base every game on your teammates throwing or you steam rolling the enemy.

Lastly. No voice. The communities voice isn’t heard. This game follows the same motto as the Halo series. Make the game equal. Takeout the carry. Use mmr to stunt the w/l of the good players. Their is a reason this game is failing. It logically makes no sense compared to successful games.

HotS is a TEAM game, you can’t enforce rules for single-player games on to a team game, the failure is that they didn’t even attempt applying team-based statistics/rules on the game but flat out produce a team-based in-game experience while keeping the ranked/matchmaking/everything-else based upon single-player games

That being said = the IN-GAME epxerience is not the problem, in fact it’s why ppl play/like the game in the first place, the problem is the Matchmaker, for what ? (almost 5 years now ?) lol, not a single MM change, and the one that is coming out next (HL and TL merge into one, no more rank just MMR) is totally wrong (and opposite) 100% of what should be done

AGAIN falling into the same trap (even further) = enforcing single-player “rules” onto a team game

They shouldnt do MMR averaging, its dumb yeah and if they did they need way stricter rules on the deviation of min-max MMR on the team.

I read your document yesterday and it seems that this is one of the main problems you bring up, which is at its worst in QM-UD and TL.

You can but its way harder, game is less about carrying them by beating opponents and more about watching over the teammates so they dont do dumb dumb.

You also manage to get outdamaged by your healer as an assassin sometimes, its about being consistent and playing a ton of games.

Oh the cries about heroes are listened way too much on the forums.

And there is no stunting w/l of good players and if youre talking about yourself, there is no stunting of w/l of average players.
