If garrosh picks Mortal Combo at 16 that gives cd reduc with
Titanic Might at 20 that throws two people it lets him use E on the 2 people 3 times in a row off cd! Idk if the cd reduc carries over to his next casts or if throwing two stacks the cd reduc off 16 but it def wasn’t intended to be like this.
to use exploit after picking the talents:
- throw 2 people with E
- immediately Q them to get cd reduc
- use E two more times on them for free instantly
