Store is not available. this issue is stuck to my account for over a month. what is this? I can no longer player storm league. when I play in Quick Match my hero skins reset back to their default. other hero customizations don’t work.
every time the game goes to quick match hero select menu, the hero is Deckard, it was the last hero that i played and got this bug and now its stuck. if I play another hero and come back it’s deckard again.
my voice taunt and spray is also for deckard no matter what hero i play!
Using VPN did not solve my problem… logging out and logging in did not solve it… please help!
Hey man. I had the exact same problem, except it was Garrosh and the Alterac mount. I also used several vpns but that didn’t help. It turns out that SOME vpns still help, and the one that solved the problem for me was WINDSCRIBE. It is safe, free and easy to use. It takes some time to find a proper connection (it was a Canada connection that worked for me), but when it does connect, you only need to log in to your account and game ONCE. So Log out, install and connect to windscribe, log in, launch the game, and see if it works. If it does work, you can keep playing the game later without the vpn, so it’s just a one-time connection.
PS. I live in Iran, and have heard that several other people have also encountered the exact same problem, and this vpn has solved the problem for at least three of us. Hope if helps you too.
